A couple employed by the state government both as teachers ran into stormy waters. Their salaries were delayed. They had three kids. The first at that point, was in his first year at the university. They purchased food on credit. They took soft loans. Salaries were not paid for over 8 months. The husband took a decision. He planned to sell their car. Rent was coming. He needed to pay rent, sort his son in university out. The hardship was much. He put the car for sale. He was offered ridiculous amounts for it. At a point he asked a potential buyer to pay.
