What You Are - your thoughts!

He was a good Christian boy - everyone thought so, even he. People imagined that there could be a traffic of angels round about him - it was believed that more angels would be assigned to such an holy Christian boy! His future shone brighter than the sun! Harmless as a dove and quiet like a mute was Sola Michael but...

Yes there's a but. Unfortunate things happened to him almost all the time. Things never came out as planned for him. Where it mattered, less qualified people were always preferred over him. He failed - all the time - in the very things he was thought to have mastery. He was very unfortunate indeed.

What a contrast!

What could be wrong? Sola followed the tenets of the Christian manual - or so it seemed. He was always in church, loved everybody and kept awfully to himself. He recently found out he was an acute introvert and joyfully accepted his personality - bestowed on him by heaven!

After living pitifully like this (ragged clothes, gracefully adorned gaping shoes and thin flesh - wrought by excessive starvation; although a Masters Degree graduate) for years, a concerned friend (who remained out of pity) referred him to a counselor to get his brain checked.

Diagnosis?
  1. He looked down on himself all the time.
  2. He never believed he had enough knowledge to start anything - so he continued in the process of learning and never applied what has been learnt.
  3. He lacked courage to do anything - he believed others were better than he was.
  4. He never thought he deserved anything good.
The list went on and on bringing to one conclusion: whatever was wrong with Sola came from within and not without. He was the product of the things he thought. Even his qualification and moral right-standing could not erase the negativity of his thoughts - which propelled his action.

Solution?

Change his thoughts and confession. Simple!
