  • - Taking enough rest and sleep after a day's job (being a workaholic has it's allure, but it is share foolishness when you do not know when your body and soul needs rest. Moreover, overworking the body does not produce more result. A well rested body and brain rejuvenates itself and gets ready to produce at maximum capacity. And let's not forget that you'll be extending your life also.);
  • - keeping your body always hydrated - not with wine, but water.
